Air dry flat or hang to dry in the shade. Avoid direct sunlight, which may cause fading.

Iron on medium heat while slightly damp for a smooth finish.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kléo Égypte. 
If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept an exchange or return of an unworn item (click the return & exchange link here) under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned/ exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be returned / exchanged unused in their original packaging and in the same condition received. Kléo Égypte will not accept returned or exchanged item(s) with any signs of wear. All returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued.
- Refunds will be made via bank transfer. 
- Shipping costs of returned items will be borne by the customer.
- We will deduct any banking charges we have incurred in case of credit card payments.
- Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the items. It might take longer to be processed with your local bank. You will be notified via email once the refund transaction has taken place.

How to return an online purchase:

1. Initiate the return on the website 
2. Package up your return in its original packaging of the courier
3. Await for an email with the packaging slip and confirmation of the date of the pick up
4. Print the packaging slip and include it in the plastic transparent pocket of the courier package 
5. Await your confirmation email, which we will send when we have processed your return. Please note, it can take up to 14 days to receive and complete your return or exchange

We strongly urge all our visiting customers to try on any pieces they would like to purchase as we do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchange for returns within 14 days of purchase.
