Delivery Policy

All customers will receive confirmation by email specifying delivery date and time including a tracking number.
Kléo Égypte is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping agency or destination customs clearance processes.

Orders from Egypt:
We deliver within 3-5 working days from the day of placing the order except on national holidays.
We offer free delivery for orders over 5,200 EGP.

International Orders:
We deliver within 7-10 working days from the day of placing the order except on national holidays.
We offer free delivery for orders above 100€.

CUSTOMS INFO FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS :
Shipping days and VAT may vary due to customs.
Custom fees & charges are determined by country of destiny.
Our shipment prices are exclusive to any custom fees or charges.
Orders are shipped out once payment is authorized and verified and not from the day of placing order. Stated delivery time excludes customs clearance delays for your country.

                                                                                                                         

Return & Exchange Policy

For Online Purchase:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kléo Égypte. 
If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept an exchange or return of an unworn item under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned/ exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be returned / exchanged unused in their original packaging and in the same condition received. Kléo Égypte will not accept returned or exchanged item(s) with any signs of wear. All returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued.
- Refunds will be made in the same way the payment for the purchase was made.
- Shipping costs of returned items will be borne by the customer.
- We will deduct any banking charges we have incurred in case of credit card payments.
- We will not bear the liability for lost or damaged parcels.
- For items purchased using a non-cash payment method, returns will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the items. It might take longer to be processed with your local bank. You will be notified via email once the refund transaction has taken place.

For Purchases in Partner Stores:
We strongly urge all our visiting customers to try on any pieces they would like to purchase as we do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchange for returns within 14 days of purchase.
